Accounts Receivable Portfolio Specialist

What you will do

• Manage a designated accounts receivable portfolio and act as the primary point of contact for assigned business customers.
• Review delinquent accounts, conduct collection activities, and coordinate follow-up action plans.
• Analyze payment issues and collaborate with internal departments to improve the order-to-cash cycle.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries about payment status and escalations.
• Maintain detailed customer contact records and meet collection performance standards.
• Partner with sales, dealers, and field office management to resolve account issues.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of commercial collections or customer service experience preferred; strong college graduates may also be considered.
• Experience managing a portfolio exceeding $2 million and making 30 or more effective customer contacts per day.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with commitment to retention, teamwork, and performance goals.
• Four-year college degree desirable.
