Regional Manager, Cardiothoracic (Medical Devices): Directs and coaches Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists to achieve sales and profitability goals within the Midwest region with an accent on sales strategy formulation and talent development. Focus on identifying market opportunities, optimizing CRM pipeline management, and building strategic partnerships with IDNs and GPOs.

Location: Must be based in the US Midwest region (North and South Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Northern Illinois, and Western Iowa). Travel of approximately 50% or more required.

Salary: $275,290 - $290,290 (base + at plan target incentive)

What you will do

• Direct and coach Territory Managers and Clinical Specialists to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Develop and communicate a regional vision and align operating goals with the division.
• Recruit, coach, and develop organizational talent and provide career guidance.
• Manage CRM data, project pipelines, and lead management for team accountability.
• Lead contract negotiations with external customers and analyze market dynamics.
• Collaborate with Corporate Accounts to grow product lines in GPOs and IDNs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
• Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in the medical device industry.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proven track record of success in leading field sales organizations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools.
