What you will do

• Support and maintain systems for annual goal-setting, performance monitoring, and organizational learning.
• Develop departmental objectives and key results (OKRs) to translate strategic direction into measurable outcomes.
• Execute end-to-end quantitative modeling and data analysis to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Lead funding gap analyses to identify resource constraints and provide prioritization recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between HQ departments and program offices.
• Provide general strategy and administrative support for priority projects, including FY27 preparation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in strategy, operations, or project management within a complex global organization.
• Proven ability to conduct quantitative analysis and build models to synthesize complex data.
• Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects and change initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with AI tools for professional productivity.
• Must be based in the USA (based on compensation and benefits eligibility).
