Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Manage the core operating cadence, including quarterly business reviews and V2MOM/OKR setting and tracking.
• Lead high-priority cross-functional strategic initiatives as a program manager on behalf of the CEO.
• Coordinate the annual planning process in partnership with Finance to translate priorities into resource decisions.
• Develop narratives and materials for board decks, investor presentations, and executive communications.
• Build and maintain performance dashboards and KPI tracking to support executive decision-making.
• Provide analytical and project management support for M&A or strategic partnership evaluations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in private equity, venture capital, strategy, business operations, management consulting, or as a Chief of Staff.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong analytical fluency, including the ability to build financial models and synthesize data from multiple sources.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools to create executive-grade materials.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong executive presence.
• Must be based in the United States.
