Client Success Manager

What you will do

• Maintain professional relationships and ensure a positive customer service experience for clients.
• Develop and grow revenue streams within the existing client base.
• Lead recurring client meetings and ensure all follow-up items are addressed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve service delivery issues impacting contractual obligations.
• Oversee project campaign execution and participate in UAT testing for software changes.
• Monitor client performance and analyze account health, including AR balances and invoice accuracy.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing, account management, or similar role.
• Must be based in Florida.
• Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with basic SQL queries.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
