TL;DR

Location: Remote (US); travel is expected on an occasional basis, approximately every other month

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B clients, including employers, channel partners, and brokers.
  • Drive B2B2C enrollment by designing and delivering targeted awareness and activation campaigns.
  • Own client reporting, invoicing, and ROI, while hosting quarterly business reviews.
  • Partner with the sales team to expand eligible populations and the scope of covered products.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, B2B, and Data teams to address client needs and improve delivery.
  • Champion client advocacy by collecting testimonials and facilitating case studies to highlight service impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in client success or account management within a high-growth startup.
  • Expertise in employee benefits, specifically health and wellness programs.
  • Proven track record of driving B2B2C enrollment and implementing activation campaigns.
  • Professional background in healthcare, wellness, or public health industries.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Gainsight).
  • Must be based in the US.
