TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 per year

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary strategic owner for Tier 0, 1, and 2 enterprise-level public-safety agencies.
  • Own renewal strategy and ARR forecasting for assigned accounts.
  • Drive multi-year renewals, account expansion, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Conduct Executive Business Reviews and strategic planning sessions.
  • Proactively identify at-risk accounts and lead executive-level escalation management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Enterprise Account Management, or Strategic SaaS roles.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex accounts with executive stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS renewals and expansion strategies.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM for customer lifecycle and engagement tracking.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
  • Ability to travel approximately 40%.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting GovTech, public-safety, or regulated enterprise environments.
  • Prior experience with hirify.global products and services.
