What you will do
- Serve as the primary support for newly onboarding clients, guiding them through the launch process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align on client needs and priorities.
- Coordinate multiple client accounts, managing timelines and documentation to prevent delays.
- Maintain professional and responsive communication to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
- Proactively identify and flag potential issues before they impact client success.
- Document processes and interactions accurately, ensuring compliance with healthcare-adjacent standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of client-facing or account management experience.
- At least 2 years of experience working with U.S. or international clients.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Warm, responsive, and detail-oriented communication style.
- Proven ability to coordinate across teams and manage complex timelines.
- Professionalism and discretion in all client interactions.
