Director, HRBP - Consumer Group (AI)

Location: Hybrid role based in San Diego, California, United States

Base pay: $240,000–$324,500 per year, plus eligibility for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and shape talent strategy, priorities, and organizational outcomes with the Consumer Group senior executive team.
• Coach senior executives and provide trusted guidance on leadership, feedback, and organizational effectiveness.
• Build high-performing executive teams and highly engaged organizations through prioritization, cross-functional alignment, and team effectiveness practices.
• Partner with leaders and talent acquisition to attract, develop, hire, and retain senior talent with AI-first expectations.
• Lead AI-powered work, strategic workforce planning, career growth, mobility, executive development, manager training, and total rewards initiatives.
• Use AI tools, dashboards, and people data to generate insights and drive decisions across engagement, mobility, and retention.

Requirements

• 10+ years of senior HR leadership experience partnering directly with executives on business results.
• Strong business acumen, including the ability to interpret financial performance and translate strategy into talent and organizational decisions.
• Strong AI fluency and an experimentation mindset for improving HR work.
• Exceptional structured problem-solving, hypothesis-driven thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience leading transformational change and developing change leadership capability in others.
• End-to-end HR expertise across talent acquisition, compensation, talent development, and workforce planning, plus demonstrated commitment to diversity and inclusion.
