TL;DR
Salesforce Engineer (Salesforce/LegalTech): Designing, developing, and deploying customized solutions on the Salesforce platform with an accent on Apex, LWC, and complex system integrations. Focus on streamlining business processes through automation and integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
Location: Hybrid (Denver, CO) — must be in office at least 3 days a week
Salary: $120,000 – $150,000

What you will do
- Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and ETL tools.
- Implement complex workflows, process automation, and data validation rules to improve business efficiency.
- Manage the full software development lifecycle, including unit testing, code reviews, and deployment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Troubleshoot user-reported issues and maintain detailed technical documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Engineer focusing on enterprise-level development.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura Components.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Familiarity with declarative tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
- Ability to integrate AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) into the development workflow.
- Must be based in Denver, CO to meet hybrid office requirements.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications.
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD processes.
