What you will do

• Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and ETL tools.
• Implement complex workflows, process automation, and data validation rules to improve business efficiency.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, including unit testing, code reviews, and deployment.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot user-reported issues and maintain detailed technical documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Engineer focusing on enterprise-level development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura Components.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
• Familiarity with declarative tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Workflow Rules.
• Ability to integrate AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) into the development workflow.
• Must be based in Denver, CO to meet hybrid office requirements.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications.
• Experience with version control systems and CI/CD processes.
