What you will do

• Oversee key administrative functions, including profiles, roles, permission sets, and data management to drive operations.
• Implement and customize page layouts, flows, validation rules, and formula fields to improve user productivity.
• Conduct internal system audits and manage upgrades to maintain platform security and scalability.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to align Salesforce functionality with company goals.
• Manage third-party applications and integrations within the GTM tech stack for smooth connectivity.
• Monitor Salesforce releases and implement new functionalities to leverage the platform's full potential.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Expertise in declarative development, including flows and validation rules.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to execute scalable solutions in ambiguous environments.
• Proven success in cross-functional teamwork and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with GTM tech stack applications and integrations.
• Must be based in the USA
