What you will do

• Design and deliver Salesforce solutions aligned to business requirements, global standards, and architecture.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
• Collaborate with US stakeholders to gather and refine requirements and with UK CRM team for platform alignment.
• Contribute to Agile sprints, including estimation, implementation, and DevOps processes like CI/CD.
• Troubleshoot issues, support integrations with systems like Hubspot, Unit4, Docusign, and optimize performance.
• Lead workshops, provide training, documentation, and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Strong experience as Salesforce Consultant or Senior Salesforce Developer.
• Hands-on with Apex, LWC, and SOQL.
• Experience with integrations like Hubspot, ERP, Docusign, Mulesoft.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, source control (Git, Gearset), DevOps, CI/CD.
• Agile environment experience and strong stakeholder communication.
• Must collaborate closely with UK team while working with US stakeholders.
