What you will do

• Lead high-impact Microsoft-aligned pursuits across AI Business Solutions, Cloud & AI Platforms, and Security.
• Translate Microsoft demand signals into actionable pursuit strategies and customer-ready modernization narratives.
• Manage the sales cycle including pipeline creation, qualification, forecasting, and Salesforce accuracy.
• Build and maintain strategic engagement with Microsoft Account Teams and specialist leaders for co-sell motions.
• Facilitate C-suite level discussions regarding EA/COCP strategic inflection points for AI and data transformation.
• Coordinate with Delivery and Architecture teams to ensure high-confidence commercial structures and execution rigor.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in enterprise technology sales or solution strategy.
• Proven track record driving Microsoft-focused cloud, security, data, and workplace opportunities.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft’s field organization, co-sell motions, and funding programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology; MBA is an advantage.
• Experience managing complex multi-million-dollar enterprise pursuits and commercial structures.
• Ability to lead high-impact conversations with C-suite stakeholders.
