TL;DR

Technology Sales Support Specialist - Solution Consultant (Fintech): Positioning and selling Compliance Solutions Print & Content solutions for the SMB market with an accent on value proposition communication and software solution overviews. Focus on collaborating with Account Executives to identify customer needs, delivering technical solution expertise, and achieving sales quotas.

Location: Remote (Must be located anywhere in the US)

Salary: $57,400 - $98,350 USD + Commission

What you will do

  • Deliver against quota for Compliance Solutions Print and Content Solutions.
  • Co-lead external sales cycles targeting the SMB market.
  • Deliver software solution overviews and act as the Subject Matter Expert during active sales cycles.
  • Articulate value propositions and collaborate with other SMEs to source deep technical expertise.
  • Develop deep domain knowledge of solution offerings and regulatory content configurations.
  • Build internal relationships with Account Executives and deal teams to effectively serve SMB accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Experience selling into the Financial Services industry, preferably with banking operations knowledge.
  • Must be located in the United States.
  • Experience using Salesforce.com as a CRM is required.
  • Strong consultative sales and solution presentation skills (virtual and in-person).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent job-related experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in field sales.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI in the context of selling.
  • Knowledge of Demo2Win, Consensus, and RAIN Selling’s Consultative Selling Methodology.
