Location: Remote (US) - Must live in or be willing to relocate to one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington. US applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis - no sponsorship

Salary: $116,000 - $160,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own and define social media strategy across hirify.global and QRCG by hirify.global, driving channel prioritization, content approach, engagement tactics, and platform expansion based on data and trends.
  • Lead social amplification for product launches and marketing campaigns, aligning with Brand & Content, Product Marketing, and cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and maintain multi-channel community engagement, including Reddit presence and evaluation of emerging platforms.
  • Translate social and community performance data into insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Manage budgets, agency relationships, and contractors for social and community goals.
  • Define visual standards for social content and partner on executive thought leadership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years managing social media channels and community programs for B2B or SaaS tech brands, owning strategy, execution, and reporting
  • Proven multi-channel social strategies driving share of voice, audience growth, and engagement on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and emerging channels
  • Experience with multiple brands/products, maintaining distinct voices within shared infrastructure
  • Demonstrated AI-driven workflows for content production, scheduling, analysis, or research
  • Proficiency with social management/analytics platforms (e.g., Sprout Social) and visual tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Track record using data to create narratives and strategic recommendations for stakeholders
