Salary: $105,000 - $221,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day Discord operations, including moderation, updates, and user feedback loops.
• Plan and host community activities, challenges, workshops, and live sessions.
• Identify and coordinate collaborations with schools, creative artists, and studios.
• Maintain onboarding materials and resource libraries for Weavy users.
• Cultivate relationships with community artists and support spotlight content.
• Capture community insights to inform the product roadmap and marketing communications.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling online communities in creative tech, design tools, or GenAI.
• Hands-on expertise with Discord channel structuring and moderation.
• Excellent English communication skills for writing and hosting conversations.
• Ability to work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams.
• Proactive organizational skills to manage multiple projects from concept to execution.
• Must be based in the New York Hub and attend in-person onboarding.
