Compensation: $4,000–$5,700/month

What you will do

• Grow and manage Discord community with daily engagement and positive interactions
• Engage on Reddit naturally and helpfully
• Build relationships with creators, contributors, and advocates
• Launch campaigns, challenges, prompts, and showcases to encourage participation
• Develop recurring events like weekly threads and creator spotlights
• Listen to community feedback, spot trends, and share insights with product and marketing teams

Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing Discord and/or Reddit communities
• Strong sense of engagement and participation drivers
• Track record of end-to-end community projects
• Comfortable in online communities and internet culture
• Clear, thoughtful communication skills
• Proactive, self-directed, balancing creativity and execution

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, creator tools, or video platforms
• Familiarity with hirify.global or similar products
• Basic design skills (Canva, Figma)
• Experience running community campaigns or events
• Experience with developer communities
