What you will do

  • Execute daily community management across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and Reddit.
  • Respond to comments and DMs in a relatable, social-first brand voice and escalate CX issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Identify and curate high-quality UGC to bridge the gap between the social community and content strategy.
  • Optimize engagement initiatives to increase replies, saves, shares, and positive sentiment.
  • Support content scheduling, publishing, and calendar management across all platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with CX, brand marketing, paid, and publishing teams to align with business goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in social media community management or engagement roles.
  • Experience managing community engagement across multiple social platforms.
  • Strong understanding of modern parent and family audiences.
  • Proficiency with social listening and management tools (e.g., Sprout Social).
  • Excellent written communication skills and strong brand judgment.
  • Must be based in the U.S. or Canada (preferred).

Nice to have

  • Experience working with family-oriented, kids, or parenting brands.
  • Background in consumer tech, gaming, or lifestyle brands.
  • Experience supporting product launches, partnerships, or IP-driven campaigns.
  • Familiarity with short-form video content and TikTok-native formats.
