Salary: $156,000 - $172,000 per year

hirify.global is developing the first ground-up, fully autonomous robotaxi fleet and supporting ecosystem for urban mobility.

What you will do

• Lead and manage teams of FTEs and contingent personnel responsible for test and robotaxi fleets.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize fleet performance and eliminate waste.
• Oversee daily fleet operations, including vehicle deployments, maintenance tracking, and service coverage.
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to enhance the rider experience for customers and partners.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for service reliability, safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 8+ years of experience leading the business side of large-scale operations.
• 3+ years of experience managing large teams of FTEs and contingent labor.
• Experience in change management processes and managing large amounts of data.
• Ability to work on-site at Texas facilities.
• Ability to travel when necessary.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or Program Management.
• 5+ years of experience in NPI environments working cross-functionally with PMO or engineering.
• Experience in autonomous vehicles, transportation dispatch, or emergency response industries.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
