What you will do

• Research and identify customer business problems to design and iterate on exceptional technical solutions.
• Collaborate daily with the SMB Sales Team to expand revenue opportunities and break into new accounts.
• Lead technical discussions and product presentations for stakeholders ranging from CEOs to IT admins.
• Conduct comprehensive demos of the hirify.global suite, including hirify.global AI, Governance, Relay, and custom API-based apps.
• Act as a critical liaison between customers and the product team to communicate feature requests and feedback.

Requirements

• 4-year degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• 3+ years of relevant sales, technical, or customer-facing experience, preferably in SaaS or ECM environments.
• Technical fluency in LLMs, embeddings, automation, and prompt engineering concepts.
• Strong proficiency with web technologies and APIs.
• Must be based in the NYC office with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
