TL;DR

Mid-Market Account Executive (SaaS): Managing a territory of mid-market accounts to drive adoption of the Enterprise Suite with an accent on strategic prospecting and full-cycle sales. Focus on executing land-and-expand strategies, navigating C-suite decision-makers, and scaling business growth within technical SaaS environments.

Location: Onsite in Boston, Massachusetts (5 days a week)

Salary: $180,000 – $230,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure for a territory of approximately 100 accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans and land-and-expand strategies to drive widespread adoption of the Enterprise Suite.
  • Navigate organizations to identify and build relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite executives.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales Development representatives to build strategic adoption plans.
  • Leverage data to understand customer business challenges and provide targeted recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage billing, legal, and security inquiries.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience hunting and closing net new logos.
  • Proven track record in an Enterprise SaaS organization selling developer or technical products.
  • Ability to creatively source pipeline outside of inbound lead flow and strategically map accounts.
  • Experience presenting to and developing relationships with senior management and the C-suite.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a history of exceeding sales targets.
  • Must be based in Boston and able to work onsite 5 days a week.
