TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (Austin, USA)

Salary: $99,450 – $125,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Own the ongoing technical relationship for a portfolio of Enterprise and Strategic accounts through their entire lifecycle.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to define technology strategies and unlock maximum value from the hirify.global platform.
  • Guide customers in instrumenting hirify.global across their tech stack and refining it as their maturity grows.
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to recommend solutions based on the customer's unique architecture and business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal Product teams to translate customer requirements into platform improvements and validate technical feasibility.
  • Develop solution documentation and architectural diagrams to manage technical workstreams and ensure engineering excellence.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of client-facing experience as a TAM, Implementation Engineer, or Solutions Architect for Enterprise accounts.
  • 3+ years of technical experience managing complex environments with knowledge of SaaS, Mobile, API, or Programming.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical ideas for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Must be based in the United States (Austin, TX).

  • Bilingual skills beyond English to support a global customer base.
