Salary: $141,000 - $254,000 per year

Company

Manages the hirify.global property outside of Asia, responsible for brand management, licensing, marketing, hirify.global Trading Card Game, animated TV series, home entertainment, and official hirify.global website.

What you will do

• Apply legal, industry, and brand knowledge to counsel partners on IP enforcement, including proactive protection strategies.
• Develop and deliver IP enforcement program goals through prioritization, planning, and annual strategy reviews.
• Execute enforcement and anticounterfeiting initiatives with internal teams, outside counsel, vendors, and partners.
• Identify and drive collaborative enforcement partnerships with stakeholders and platforms.
• Provide verification, legal assessment, and documentation of infringing products; nominate targets and execute case strategies for litigation outcomes.
• Develop tools, processes, metrics, and reporting to scale the IP enforcement program and improve efficiency.
• Provide training on IP enforcement and counterfeit detection; oversee vendor performance and contracts.
• Draft legal templates, agreements, and policy language; stay updated on legal developments.

Requirements

• Attorney with 8-10 years of practice focused on IP enforcement and litigation.
• J.D. from an accredited law school or equivalent.
• Bar license in good standing in Washington state or another jurisdiction; must register with Washington State Bar upon hire if not admitted.
• Knowledge and experience in U.S. IP law, particularly copyright and trademarks.
• Exceptional commitment to confidentiality; strategic analytical skills.
• Proven experience driving projects with multiple stakeholders; strong communication skills across cultures.
• Passion and willingness to learn about the hirify.global brand.

Nice to have

• In-depth knowledge of hirify.global brand.
• IP knowledge in non-U.S. jurisdictions; experience in licensing transactions.
• Professional experience in entertainment, gaming, law enforcement, or consumer products licensing.
