What you will do

• Handle user privacy complaints using established intake and response workflows.
• Support investigations by gathering account information, summarizing findings, and preparing documentation for escalation.
• Serve as the escalation point for BPO contractors handling initial queue triage.
• Assist in preparing supporting materials for regulatory inquiries and responses to data protection authorities.
• Maintain queue tracking and case documentation for team visibility.
• Flag emerging patterns or issues to the Senior Privacy Analyst.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 1.5+ years of experience in trust and safety, legal response, privacy operations, or high-volume case-handling.
• Strong ability to apply consistent judgment across high volumes of requests.
• Clear and concise written communication skills for professional escalations.
• Ability to handle sensitive user data and complaints in a professional and discreet manner.

Nice to have

• Conceptual familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, or other data protection frameworks.
• Prior experience supporting regulatory response workstreams or legal/compliance teams.
• Experience overseeing BPO/contractor teams in a queue management context.
