What you will do

• Draft, structure, and negotiate complex technology agreements including SaaS MSAs, software licenses, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Act as the primary legal point of contact for customer and vendor contract needs.
• Advise executives and internal stakeholders on legal risks, liabilities, and compliance issues.
• Contribute to the company's global privacy and data protection initiatives.
• Develop and revise standard form agreements to optimize the contract administration process.
• Manage outside counsel and provide legal training to internal personnel.

Requirements

• J.D. and active membership in a state bar association.
• 5-8 years of commercial transactional legal experience with growth-stage technology companies.
• Must be eligible for W-2 employment in the United States.
• Proven expertise in negotiating complex software licensing, channel partner, and reseller agreements.
• Working knowledge of global privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a globally distributed team.
