What you will do

• Own the end-to-end resolution of DSARs, data deletion requests, and other privacy-related inquiries.
• Ensure strict compliance with global regulations including GDPR, Brazil LGPD, and CCPA/CPRA.
• Partner with Privacy, Legal, Data Engineering, and Security teams to investigate and resolve complex requests.
• Manage incoming ticket queues and maintain SLA compliance while prioritizing high-risk cases.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and maintain internal procedural documentation.
• Provide leadership with operational insights on privacy trends and emerging risks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in privacy operations, trust & safety, risk operations, or compliance.
• Familiarity with global privacy regulations (GDPR, LGPD, CCPA/CPRA).
• Experience handling sensitive or high-risk user requests with high attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• Must be based in New York or authorized to work in the US.

• Experience processing DSARs or regulatory privacy requests.
• Familiarity with data systems or data retrieval workflows.
• Background in Trust & Safety or customer escalations.
