What you will do

• Resolve the most complex, high-risk cases related to account information, identity integrity, and data privacy.
• Process advanced Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) applying GDPR and regional privacy regulations.
• Act as the primary L3 escalation point for ambiguous or sensitive cases and assess risk independently.
• Partner with Legal, Privacy, and the Data Protection Officer (DPO) on regulator inquiries and legal threats.
• Monitor quality signals and feedback to identify systemic risks and improve upstream processes.
• Provide structured feedback to L2 agents and external BPO teams to improve escalation quality.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in compliance operations, Trust & Safety, or high-risk data support.
• Demonstrated expertise in processing DSARs and applying GDPR and global data protection principles.
• Strong risk assessment capability and the confidence to make independent decisions.
• Experience partnering with Legal or Privacy stakeholders in regulator-adjacent contexts.
• Exceptional documentation discipline to ensure cases are clear, defensible, and audit-ready.
• Comfort using case management platforms and AI-supported workflows for analytical efficiency.
