What you will do

• Partner with Engineering leadership to drive strategic priorities and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring clear ownership and timelines.
• Establish and maintain operating rhythms, including planning cadences and leadership business reviews.
• Optimize core processes across prioritization, communication, and execution to remove operational friction.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to provide visibility into organizational health and progress against key initiatives.
• Support special projects related to scaling, organizational design, and headcount planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consulting, business operations, program management, or as a Chief of Staff.
• Experience supporting senior leaders within a high-growth technology company.
• Strong project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for distilling complex topics into executive recommendations.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data to support decision-making.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience working specifically with Engineering, Product, or Technical leadership.
• Background in SaaS or fast-paced startup environments.
• Familiarity with KPI development, operating reviews, and executive reporting.
• Previous experience in management consulting or technical program management.
