Engagement Manager - Data as a Service (AI)

Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid); Redwood City, CA (Hybrid); San Francisco, CA (Hybrid); United States (Remote)

Salary: $140,000 - $230,000 USD

What you will do

• Own customer adoption, consumption, and revenue realization for assigned DaaS accounts
• Drive ongoing usage of contracted datasets to convert bookings into recognized revenue
• Build deep relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
• Partner with Account Executives to shape and progress expansion opportunities
• Lead engagements from kick-off through production, aligning on goals, timelines, and success criteria
• Manage dataset delivery with Delivery team, ensuring quality, scope, SLAs, and risk mitigation

Requirements

• 5+ years in customer success, account management, consulting, or post-sales in technical/data-driven environments
• Track record managing enterprise accounts and driving adoption, consumption, expansion
• Experience partnering with Sales/Account Executives for shared account growth
• Ability to manage complex delivery programs focused on outcomes and impact
• Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences
• Technical aptitude in data, AI/ML domains
• Willingness to travel up to 20%

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML workflows, data annotation, or data infrastructure
• Driving net revenue retention (NRR) or expansion metrics
