Salary: $140,000 - $230,000 USD

What you will do
- Own customer adoption, consumption, and revenue realization for assigned DaaS accounts
- Drive ongoing usage of contracted datasets to convert bookings into recognized revenue
- Build deep relationships with technical, operational, and executive stakeholders
- Partner with Account Executives to shape and progress expansion opportunities
- Lead engagements from kick-off through production, aligning on goals, timelines, and success criteria
- Manage dataset delivery with Delivery team, ensuring quality, scope, SLAs, and risk mitigation
Requirements
- 5+ years in customer success, account management, consulting, or post-sales in technical/data-driven environments
- Track record managing enterprise accounts and driving adoption, consumption, expansion
- Experience partnering with Sales/Account Executives for shared account growth
- Ability to manage complex delivery programs focused on outcomes and impact
- Excellent communication for technical and non-technical audiences
- Technical aptitude in data, AI/ML domains
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
Nice to have
- Experience with AI/ML workflows, data annotation, or data infrastructure
- Driving net revenue retention (NRR) or expansion metrics
