Salary: $130,000 - $145,000 a year

What you will do

• Prioritize the SAP roadmap based on business impact and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Convert complex business aspirations into high-quality functional specifications.
• Author and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP configurations, business processes, and technical troubleshooting guides.
• Drive end-to-end change management protocols and safeguard business continuity through rigorous UAT.
• Lead initiatives to improve data quality and ensure architectural standards with external partners.
• Mentor SAP specialists and provide guidance on best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP Functional Consulting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP modules: Sales & Distribution, Inventory, Costing, Manufacturing, Planning, and Project Systems.
• Deep understanding of integration architecture between S/4HANA and the broader ecosystem (e.g., C4C, AVC, CPQ, Avalara, Medius).
• Expertise in troubleshooting historical accumulation issues and implementing structural fixes.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Syracuse, NY.

Nice to have

• Strong familiarity with SAP cloud offerings and BTP.
• Understanding of SAP Financials.
