What you will do

• Review and document scientific laboratory processes and systems to identify gaps.
• Develop future-state workflows, data models, and technical documentation in collaboration with scientists.
• Configure and implement newly developed workflows within core platforms.
• Lead client workshops, perform application configuration, and guide User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Act as the primary point of contact to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and delivery standards.
• Assist in creating proposals and estimates for new and existing service delivery projects.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States.
• Higher education (Bachelor's or Master's degree) in a Life Sciences field.
• 4-5 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Benchling, Dotmatics, IDBS, Sapio, or Labware.
• At least 2 years of experience managing key informatics systems (e.g., ELN, Registry, Inventory, Molecular design tools).
• Proficiency with workflow tools like Lucidchart, SmartSheet, and standard office productivity suites.
