What you will do

• Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed functional and technical documentation for finance systems.
• Lead and manage components of project plans across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment between IT capabilities and Finance business objectives.
• Manage and resolve critical support tickets and coordinate with offshore support teams to maintain service levels.
• Conduct feasibility studies for new Oracle and non-Oracle finance technologies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience implementing Oracle Financials R12 modules (GL, SLA, AR, AP, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, etc.).
• Deep understanding of the financial close cycle and accounting best practices.
• Experience integrating third-party systems with Oracle R12.2.10.
• Ability to write SQL queries for reporting and troubleshoot PL/SQL objects.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Santa Monica, California.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with the Kofax Product Suite (MarkView, Capture, Transformation Module).
• Experience with tax engines including EBTax, Sabrix, and Vertex.
• Proficiency with SQL Developer, Toad, Dataloader, and Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps.
