What you will do
- Serve as IT Product Owner managing data-sharing and analytics with alliance partners.
- Build domain expertise on therapeutic area data assets like claims data to act as SME.
- Implement data governance across and alliance partnerships.
- Manage data quality, compliance, and access controls for therapeutic datasets.
- Enable business insights into HCP preferences, engagement, channel effectiveness, and conversion.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 7+ years data engineering experience with Snowflake (native procedures), SQL, Python, data quality frameworks, star schema modeling, data products, Informatica (IICS).
- Experience with scheduling tools like Active Batch or Control M.
- Strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy and syndicated data (claims, Rx).
- Experience with Salesforce, Veeva CRM/Align/Network, marketing data sources (Google Analytics, campaigns, social).
- Full SDLC experience, SAFe Agile, collaboration with offshore/nearshore teams, strong communication.
Nice to have
- Data modeling tools like Erwin or Dbschema.
- Snowflake Cortex Analyst/Search and AI/Intelligence Services.
- Informatica Data Governance modules.
