What you will do

• Drive adoption of Google Workspace and Gemini Enterprise via change programs transitioning from Microsoft stack, reimagining productivity and AI workflows.
• Design and deliver communication and training strategies for AI adoption, ensuring user proficiency and trust.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify barriers, develop mitigation strategies, and translate AI capabilities into actionable insights.
• Develop methodologies to measure AI feature adoption and refine change approaches using data.
• Assess change impacts, identify risks, and create tailored stakeholder engagement plans.
• Track success metrics, report risks/issues, and develop change management documentation.

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead enablement sessions and workshops simplifying complex technical concepts.
• 4+ years in organizational change management within technology or consulting sectors.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft-to-Google migrations and introducing AI tools like Gemini Enterprise.
• Deep knowledge of Google Workspace ecosystem and evolving AI landscape.
• Confidence engaging stakeholders from end-users to C-level executives.
• Calm demeanor under high-pressure client circumstances.
