Salary: $170,000 - $185,000

What you will do
- Own strategy, execution, and optimization across paid channels including Google/Bing Search, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, CTV/Streaming, Display, and Affiliate.
- Manage budget allocation to achieve CPA, CAC, and activation targets; build, launch, and iterate campaigns testing creative, audience, bidding, landing pages, and offers.
- Partner with creative team to brief, evaluate, and iterate ad assets using performance data.
- Lead audience strategy with prospecting, lookalikes, retargeting, and suppression logic.
- Own reporting, anomaly detection, and test-and-learn roadmaps; collaborate on incrementality frameworks and tracking infrastructure.
- Work with product marketing, organic growth, and brand teams on messaging, landing pages, and campaign planning.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years in performance marketing with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across at least three channels (Search, Social, and one other)
- Experience managing meaningful spend on Google Ads and Meta; deep knowledge of bidding mechanics, algorithm behavior, and campaign structure.
- Analytically rigorous: comfortable with data analysis; proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, or similar BI tool.
- Creative intuition to interpret performance and guide ad creative; experience with creative teams a plus.
- Fluency in measurement: attribution models, incrementality testing; familiarity with MMM or geo-lift a plus.
- Self-starter in a fast-moving environment; fintech or financial services experience preferred, including compliance like UDAAP.
