What you will do

• Revolutionize content mix by shifting to "Social-First" approach with original series, behind-the-scenes narratives, and thought-leadership native to each platform.
• Build and execute TikTok and Reels strategy, defining visual language, tone, and personality in short-form videos.
• Partner with design teams to introduce bold, modern graphical aesthetics.
• Collaborate with influencers and internal experts to humanize the brand and amplify voices.
• Develop proactive community engagement strategies to delight followers and turn prospects into advocates.
• Monitor trends, memes, and industry shifts to insert brand into conversations agilely.

Requirements

• Deep portfolio of short-form video (TikTok/Reels/Shorts) with expertise in lighting, pacing, and hooks.
• Strategic understanding of B2B/corporate marketing rules to break them effectively.
• Experience using analytics to refine creativity without stifling it.
