What you will do

• Serve as a strategic lead for high-priority global clients, developing long-term organic and influencer marketing roadmaps.
• Lead the Organic Media Department, owning the vision for digital growth and brand equity.
• Manage a team of strategists and social media managers, overseeing hiring, training, and career development.
• Define the technology stack and operational processes for pitching, planning, and reporting.
• Identify business development opportunities to convert strategic ideas into revenue.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in agency or brand-side roles focused on organic social media and influencer marketing.
• Deep expertise in the social ecosystem (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Proven track record of managing complex clients and navigating the creator economy.
• Experience managing direct reports and building departmental workflows.
• Must be authorized to work in the US for at least 3 years.
