TL;DR

Sales Operations Manager (SaaS): Driving the execution and optimization of the go-to-market strategy with an accent on sales productivity and operational excellence. Focus on building reporting frameworks, optimizing CRM tools, and executing GTM rollouts in new markets.

Location: Remote (US). Must be based in the US. Hybrid role if based in San Francisco.

Salary: $6,880 – $11,520 per month (based on hourly tiers)

What you will do

  • Build, maintain, and optimize tools, dashboards, and reporting to track performance across markets.
  • Partner with Business Development and Marketplace leadership to support growth initiatives.
  • Develop and execute sales and account management playbooks.
  • Drive operational rollouts and execution of GTM programs in new geographies.
  • Analyze field performance and deliver actionable insights to improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Data team to size market opportunities and measure ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a related analytical/operational role.
  • Experience working in a startup or early-stage SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce), Excel, and GSuite.
  • Deep understanding of recurring revenue business models and customer lifecycles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Must be based in the United States.
