• Design and improve repeatable project management processes, templates, and workflows.
• Manage and optimize project management tools like Monday.com to streamline collaboration.
• Analyze campaign performance data and communicate status updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, Illinois, United States
• Strong experience managing marketing projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Advanced knowledge of project management platforms such as Monday.com or Asana.
• Proven experience facilitating Agile or Scrum practices.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and build trust without direct authority.
