Salary: $109,200 – $163,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead process development initiatives in collaboration with partner foundries.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments using statistical methods to improve process performance and yield.
• Own and optimize critical fabrication steps and modules within the process flow.
• Maintain and enhance the Process of Record (POR) for production.
• Drive yield, performance, and reliability improvements through process optimization.
• Partner with cross-functional design, device, and reliability teams to meet product requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in process integration.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor fabrication (thin film deposition, lithography, etch, diffusion, wet processing, and CMP).
• Experience in LSI manufacturing or semiconductor R&D.
• Solid understanding of process integration, yield, performance, and reliability interactions.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
