What you will do

• Organize, plan, and oversee day-to-day cryoplatform operations and user requests.
• Lead the assembly and integration of cryostats, cold cabling, and control racks.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize system uptime.
• Manage the HPO team budget and oversee the hiring process with HR.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Develop standard operating procedures and drive continuous technical and organizational improvements.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Production Management.
• 5+ years of experience in production or critical infrastructure environments.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Proficiency in both English and French (written and verbal).
• Strong organizational and planning skills for efficient tool and schedule coordination.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cryogenics or RF instrumentation.
• Experience in quantum technologies.
