TL;DR

Location: Must work out of the Chicago office Monday-Thursday

Salary: Base Pay Range $115,000 - $140,000 USD

What you will do

  • Provide daily hands-on coaching to entry-level SDRs on cold calling, objection handling, and prospecting strategies.
  • Foster clear career paths and milestones to champion internal promotions into Account Executive roles.
  • Set clear goals and track KPIs such as meetings booked and pipeline influenced to ensure accountability.
  • Lead by example through call reviews, strategizing outreach sequences, and role-playing tough conversations.
  • Recruit and onboard new SDRs who match the company's culture and growth mindset.
  • Promote a "Together We Thrive" ethos by celebrating team wins and prioritizing shared success.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of sales experience, with 1–2+ years specifically managing SDR or BDR teams.
  • Proven track record of promoting SDRs to quota-carrying roles and building training frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of outbound sales methodologies, including social selling and cadence creation.
  • Experience with sales tech stack: Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong.
  • Strong EQ and communication skills to motivate and challenge a team.
  • Must be based in Chicago, IL for a hybrid schedule (in-office Monday-Thursday).
