What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for major product surfaces, from strategy through launch.
• Drive vision and high-fidelity prototyping to align the company on product direction.
• Design AI-native experiences, focusing on copilots, agents, and generative UI.
• Partner with PM and engineering leadership to shape the product roadmap and strategy.
• Translate complex risk and compliance domains into clear, elegant interfaces.
• Evolve the design system and mentor other designers to raise the overall craft bar.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience shipping complex web applications in enterprise or technical domains.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, workflow simplification, and craft depth.
• Experience designing AI-native interfaces in production (e.g., LLM-assisted authoring, decision explainability).
• Proficiency in Figma and high-fidelity prototyping (comfort with code or motion is a plus).
• Ability to influence product direction through strong communication and partnership skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, fraud, risk, or compliance products.
• Experience designing for technical power users, developer tools, or analytics platforms.
