What you will do

• Guide clients in transforming abstract ideas into tangible, functional software products.
• Clarify and enhance business objectives through the application of design thinking.
• Plan and execute small-scale UX research projects to validate product directions.
• Collaborate on design systems, brand adherence, and accessibility standards.
• Facilitate creative problem-solving workshops and collaborative sessions.
• Support Design and Technical Leaders to ensure timely project execution and delivery.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of commercial experience as a Product Designer.
• Deep expertise in UI design for rich web applications, mobile apps, and B2B enterprise software.
• Proficiency across the full product design lifecycle, including user journeys, personas, and prototyping.
• Proven experience driving user-centered design processes within development teams.
• Advanced working knowledge of design tools such as Figma and Miro.
• Professional proficiency in English and must be based in the UK.
