Salary: $140,000 - $165,000

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design for platform-level experiences spanning multiple products and workflows
• Design AI-first experiences like decision support, automation, recommendations, and data summarization
• Integrate AI outputs into human workflows with clear presentation and explanation
• Create storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications that scale across teams
• Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and synthesize insights to inform product strategy
• Contribute to design systems, shared components, and platform standards while mentoring others

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience on complex digital products or platforms
• Experience designing cross-product or platform-level systems
• Strong systems thinking for multiple users, workflows, and contexts
• Demonstrated experience with AI- or ML-enabled products and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Experience or strong interest in GIS, cartography, mapping, or geospatial visualization
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Experience planning and conducting user research
