What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design for high-scale consumer experiences, turning ambiguous problems into clear strategies and solutions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to co-create roadmaps aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Design and prototype interactive solutions using modern tools and AI-assisted environments to validate with real data.
• Define growth or safety-focused experiences like acquisition, retention, onboarding, or compliance flows.
• Translate data insights and constraints into narratives that influence executives and stakeholders.
• Run iterative design cycles with A/B testing to improve product performance and maintain high design standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product design, ideally in high-scale consumer tech, growth, or safety environments.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of complex experiences at scale.
• Experience in cross-functional teams with product, engineering, and data stakeholders.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools and AI-assisted coding (e.g., Cursor) for functional prototypes.
• Strong strategic thinking to structure ambiguous problems into user flows.
• Ability to influence direction and communicate to executives, with expertise in A/B testing and data iteration.
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills in fast-paced, collaborative settings.
