What you will do
- Lead end-to-end design for AI product surfaces from early concept to production.
- Design core user flows to make advanced AI capabilities feel natural and usable.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and ML teams to test ideas and ship rapidly.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile.
- Conduct usability testing and synthesize insights to refine the product direction.
- Define and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a product or UX designer with a portfolio of web and mobile products.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and rapid prototyping tools.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, layout, hierarchy, and visual systems.
- Experience working in fast-moving environments with engineers and product partners.
- Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Willingness to take full ownership from problem definition to shipping.
Nice to have
- Experience designing AI-powered or data-heavy products.
- Familiarity with qualitative research methods and usability testing.
- Experience with zero-to-one products or early-stage teams.
