What you will do
- Lead the inbound team as a player-coach, balancing direct revenue ownership with team enablement and performance oversight.
- Qualify inbound leads, research prospective clients for strategic fit, and manage the full sales lifecycle through to closing.
- Collaborate with marketing to improve lead generation processes and analyze market signals to inform growth strategy.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to inbound team members to maximize success.
- Develop quotes, proposals, and contracts in coordination with service line experts.
- Maintain accurate records and forecasts within Salesforce.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in consultative sales or business development, ideally within a CPA or professional services firm.
- Proven track record of qualifying and closing inbound opportunities.
- Experience in coaching and managing teams to achieve KPIs.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Demandbase, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong professional communication skills and the ability to build trust with prospective clients.
- Must be based in the United States
