Salary: $120,000–$140,000 per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain revenue dashboards for pipeline health, conversion, win rates, and forecast performance.
• Analyze opportunity data and activity trends to identify and fix data quality gaps.
• Monitor velocity, ramp progression, and cohort performance to identify pipeline risks and seller productivity issues.
• Prepare performance summaries for weekly forecast reviews and quarterly planning cycles.
• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies across Salesforce, Superset, and Tableau.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Analytics within a SaaS environment.
• Must be based in the US.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards in Superset and Tableau.
• SQL proficiency with the ability to write and validate queries independently.
• Direct experience navigating Salesforce data, including opportunity records and forecast categories.
• Proven track record of proactively identifying and resolving reporting inconsistencies.

Nice to have

• Experience reconciling data across multiple systems (CRM, BI tools, Finance models).
• Familiarity with leading indicator frameworks such as velocity, coverage ratios, and cohort analysis.
• Background in behavioral health, healthcare SaaS, or other mission-driven verticals.
