Salary: $80,000 – $115,000 USD

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain foundational GTM assets, including executive dashboards, pacing models, and "Source of Truth" reporting.
• Develop automated, repeatable tools and workflows to enable the GTM organization to manage business with precision.
• Conduct proactive performance deep dives to identify friction points in the funnel and uncover actionable growth levers.
• Build the technical backbone for GTM planning, including territory design, quota setting, and dynamic capacity models.
• Serve as the technical liaison between GTM, Finance, Analytics, and Marketing teams to unify success metrics.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or Analytics, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, visualization tools (Tableau, Looker), Python, and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to translate complex data trends into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from Austin, Chicago, New York City, Salt Lake City, or San Francisco.
